A legacy built one project at a time
The expertise behind Les Cheminées CLC dates back to 1991. That year, Denis Gagné, now the company’s president, founded Cheminée Lining, a business specializing in commercial, industrial and institutional exhaust systems. Over the next two decades, he built an organization known for the quality of its products, its technical know-how and its installation expertise.
In 2012, Cheminée Lining was acquired by Cleaver-Brooks and gradually shifted to manufacturing components. Denis Gagné carried on his mission in the field.
In 2017, he founded Les Cheminées CLC, a new company focused on the supply, design and installation of exhaust systems.
Today, Les Cheminées CLC is a distributor and installer of prefabricated and custom exhaust systems. That independence lets us recommend to each client the product best suited to their technical requirements, budget and performance goals.
Les Cheminées CLC and the manufacturer Cheminée Lining are two separate companies.
